Reaching far beyond academics and careers, study abroad can open minds and create global friendships. While study abroad’s rewards are immense, the idea of sending a child to a foreign country can make any parent a bit nervous. The EducationUSA Academy at the University of Colorado Boulder has written a letter to parents that focuses on the strict safety procedures and guidelines built into the program. The more knowledge parents have about our program, the more comfortable they will feel about supporting their child on this life-changing experience. We encourage all parents to read this letter and have provided it in several languages.
